Why Matcha?
Matcha is concentrated green tea made from finely ground whole tea leaves. Because you consume the whole leaf, matcha also delivers a stronger nutrient profile including potassium, iron, calcium and vitamins A and C, while remaining very low in carbohydrates.

Ingredients
- 1-1 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder to taste
- 1/2-1 tablespoon erythritol or preferred sweetener to taste*
- 1 tablespoon cocoa butter to taste
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened macadamia milk or milk of choice
Instructions

Place matcha powder, sweetener and cocoa butter in an immersion-blender friendly cup or jug and set aside.

Heat macadamia milk (or milk of choice) until just simmering, then pour over the matcha mixture.

Blend with an immersion blender (or use a high-speed blender) until the cocoa butter is fully emulsified and the latte is frothy. Serve immediately.
