We made it to another Sunday, and I’m grateful for a slower, sunnier weekend.
The past few weeks have been challenging — I battled a nasty stomach bug, followed by a head cold, and I didn’t feel like myself for a solid two weeks. Thankfully I’m finally back in my groove and feeling much better.
Last weekend felt like the ultimate slumber party: my 3-year-old niece and two of my sisters squeezed into our tiny apartment for a cozy, chaotic weekend. This weekend picked up the pace again with an arcade outing, this time with my dad and cousin joining the crew.
Today Kevin and I are driving across the state to revisit our old hometown, squeeze in a hike, and pick up the first spring produce at Atlas Farm. Before we hit the road, I wanted to share a collection of products, recipes, and articles that have been inspiring me lately.

This Week’s Favorites
Asada Mushroom Tacos — These look incredibly meaty and flavorful; perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner.
Spring Lentil Salad with Roasted Asparagus & Potatoes — I’m all in for local asparagus season and this salad feels like the ideal way to celebrate it.
Ultra Creamy Coconut Butter — I’ve found a variety that balances quality and price well; it’s become a pantry staple for spreads and baking.
My Kindle — I drifted away from it for a while but recently brought it back into rotation. It’s become my go-to for reading on the go.
Extra Creamy Iced Coffee — I’m currently cold-brewing Equal Exchange’s decaf, adding a tiny pinch of salt, a few drops of maple syrup, and a generous splash of organic, grass-fed heavy cream. The result: silky, rich iced coffee that feels like a treat.
Robyn’s reflections on moving through low, grey days — thoughtful words that have felt grounding lately.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Chewy Bars — I’ve been craving these chewy bars; they seem like the perfect sweet fix.
No-Bake Oatmeal Cookie Bites — Another snack I’m loving for quick energy and simple ingredients.
Cucumber Salad — Fresh, crisp, and simple — the kind of side dish that screams spring.
Reusable Produce Bags — I’m switching away from plastic and these lightweight produce bags are so easy to toss into a purse or reusable grocery tote. Small changes, big difference.
Bee’s Wrap — We’ve mostly stopped using plastic wrap and Bee’s Wrap is a lovely, sustainable alternative for covering bowls or wrapping snacks.
Maple Syrup — Maple season is wrapping up here in Massachusetts, and we’re stocking up on our favorite local syrup for the year. We like buying glass jugs from Atlas Farm to keep on hand.
That’s the round-up for this week. I hope you found something fun to try, whether it’s a snack, a recipe, or a small switch toward sustainability.
I also hope you managed to spend some time outdoors this gorgeous spring weekend—there’s something restorative about fresh air and sunshine.
XO,
Chelsea
