If you follow a low-carb lifestyle, having easy snack options on hand makes staying on track much simpler. I keep a list of go-to low-carb snacks so I can either shop for them or prepare them for the week. These Cheese Ball Bites are ideal for that because they store well and satisfy cravings without a lot of carbs.
How long does a cheese ball keep in the fridge?
Properly stored in an airtight container, a cheese ball will keep in the refrigerator for about four days. Cheese balls also freeze well—wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and then in tin foil for best results.
What to serve with a cheese ball?
A simple, buttery cracker is a classic choice to balance the bold cheese flavor. Mini bagels, Melba toast-style crackers, or a selection of thinly sliced meats and crackers also pair nicely. For a low-carb option, serve with sliced vegetables like celery, cucumber, or bell pepper.
Making these Cheese Ball Bites is fast and fuss-free: combine the ingredients, shape them into bite-sized balls, and roll them in your coating of choice. They’re an easy way to impress guests without spending a lot of time in the kitchen.
