Ingredients to make strawberry ghosts
- White chocolate chips
- Strawberries
- Googly eye candies

How to make White Chocolate Strawberry Ghosts
Step 1: Rinse strawberries and pat them completely dry. Removing all moisture helps the chocolate adhere and gives a smooth finish.
Step 2: Melt white chocolate chips until smooth. The microwave works well in 15–30 second bursts, stirring between intervals. White chocolate can scorch quickly, so watch it closely and stir often. You can also melt the chocolate using a double boiler.

Step 3: Dip each strawberry into the melted white chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place the dipped strawberry on a baking sheet lined with wax or parchment paper and gently drag the bottom a little to form a small ghost tail.

Step 4: Press googly eye candies into the chocolate while it’s still wet. Use a toothpick to swirl a small “o” shape for a spooky mouth if you like.

Step 5: Chill the strawberry ghosts in the refrigerator until the chocolate is set. Arrange them on a festive platter and serve.
These are great to serve alongside other Halloween treats for a colorful dessert table. They’re also an easy project for kids — little hands do a great job dipping and decorating.

Light, sweet, and adorable — these strawberry ghosts are a quick Halloween hit that looks impressive with very little effort.

So easy, delicious, and perfectly spooky — enjoy these strawberry ghosts at your next Halloween gathering!
