The Skier’s Breakfast Burrito — Beaumont Bakery Recipes

On my Salt Lake City breakfast tour I’m focusing mostly on newer spots, but a few familiar favorites still deserve mention. Beaumont falls into that category—while I’ve eaten there before, it’s relatively new to the valley and worth including. Today I picked up a breakfast burrito from Beaumont and it reminded me why this place is a staple.

I appreciate Beaumont for two main reasons: convenience and freshness. If you spend time recreating in the Wasatch Front—hiking, skiing, or riding—their breakfast options are an excellent way to fuel up before heading into the mountains. I often grab a burrito on my way up the canyon before a long ski day. The drive-thru makes it fast and accessible without sacrificing quality. While drive-thru tacos and burritos from other spots can be greasy and heavy, leaving you feeling sluggish, Beaumont’s breakfast items strike a better balance for active mornings.

Beaumont’s breakfast burrito is packed with fresh eggs, bacon, avocado, roasted corn and bell peppers. What elevates it, though, is the sauce. A good breakfast burrito lives or dies by its sauce, and the creamy tomatillo esc dressing here adds an extra layer of brightness and flavor that brings the whole thing together.

Located between 3900 and 4500 South on Wasatch Boulevard, Beaumont offers more than just a great burrito. They serve excellent coffee, fresh pastries, and even a delicious burrata salad. The atmosphere is inviting, with a nice patio and thoughtfully styled interior that make it a pleasant place to sit when you have time.

One caveat: good food attracts a crowd. On weekends you’ll often find people lined up or gathered outside. If you only want coffee and a pastry, it’s easy to grab and go or use the drive-thru. But if you plan to dine in, expect a possible wait during busy times. Despite that, Beaumont remains a dependable choice for quality breakfast and a convenient stop before outdoor adventures.

Beaumont is a consistent and fresh option for morning fuel—perfect for those active days in the Wasatch and anyone who values fast, flavorful breakfast with better-for-you ingredients.
